By accessing or using PocketClaw, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Service Overview
PocketClaw is a personal AI assistant app. You chat with it and it carries out tasks for you, such as working with email, calendars, notes, and other services you choose to connect. Tasks run on cloud services managed by us and our providers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements to use PocketClaw.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
Usage Terms
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PocketClaw, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or use the service for unlawful content or activities.
Connected Accounts
You can connect third-party accounts (such as email, calendar, or messaging services) so PocketClaw can act on your behalf. You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
AI-Generated Content
PocketClaw uses artificial intelligence, and its answers and actions can sometimes be wrong or incomplete. Please review important results before relying on them. You are responsible for the tasks you ask PocketClaw to perform and for how you use its output.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits
PocketClaw requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. If you subscribed through the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings; otherwise you can manage it from your account. Plans include a monthly credit allowance that refreshes each billing period. Pricing, plans, and credit amounts may change over time, and current terms are always shown before you purchase.
Service Availability
PocketClaw depends on cloud and third-party services, so features and response times may vary, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. We work to keep PocketClaw reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Support and Incident Handling
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our published support channels. Critical incidents are prioritized based on severity and platform impact.
Legal
Privacy
Use of PocketClaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, usage, and retention practices.
Intellectual Property
PocketClaw and related materials are owned by Mocuza LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute service materials except as allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PocketClaw is provided without liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, security concerns, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Mocuza LTD is established, unless local law requires otherwise.
